Dr. Chennadi finished his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care from State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate in Brooklyn, New York. He is originally from Hyderabad, India where he went to medical school. He went on to study public health in Temple University, Philadelphia from where he received his Master’s in Public Health after which he completed his residency in Internal Medicine in Long Island College Hospital, Brooklyn.
Dr. Chennadi’s interests in Pulmonary Medicine include screening and diagnosis of Lung cancer using advanced bronchoscopy methods. He is also interested in diagnosis of Interstitial Lung Diseases such as Pulmonary Fibrosis. His other major area of interest is COPD and asthma, particularly difficult to control asthma. He is a member of American Thoracic Society (ATS) and American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP) and has made numerous contributions to their international conferences.
