An experienced respiratory therapist will guide and encourage the use of applicable positive pressure devices (CPAP, BIPAP, and AUTOPAP) in the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. To ensure a patient has the best mask suited for him, a mask fitting is provided. Oxygenation and compliance in the use of the device is monitored through routine follow up visits with one of our therapists. If compliance requirements are not met, the mask is refitted and/or the pressures are adjusted to the comfort and needs of the patient. The patient is encouraged and educated about the use of the equipment and treatment. Proper communication with the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers is maintained in an effort to help meet the needs of the patient.
